This luxury hospitality lounge is situated on the high-rise millennial fashion designer apartment which is located in Chicago downtown. The goal of this design is to provide a luxury kitchen and comfortable multiuse seating area. Inherited by the inspiration of the apartment with its own, Piet Mondrian’s idea is applied to several aspects. The overall space is divided by three functional domains, which are the private booth area, display area, and kitchen & lounge Area. Polished natural marble flooring in entire space offers a high-end feeling, white and black marble interlaces a structured pattern that brings people a feeling of calm. The use of color white, glossy black, grey and natural wood color reveals the modern conciseness and elegance.
